Policies & Conditions:
Cancellations: Once we take a reservation, we hold that spot open for you and turn other potential customers away in order to ensure your vehicle gets the attention it deserves. Because of this we require that all cancellations be made within 24 hours prior to all appointments. Otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00.
Mobile Services: We prefer all work to be done on site at our fully equipped shop in Winter Garden, Florida, to give us full access to the tools and supplies needed to do a proper job. In some rare instances, Mobile services may be available yet incur an additional fee depending on your location. Contact us for more information.
Disclaimers:
Paint: Although detailing can greatly improve a vehicle's appearance, deep scratches, chips, love bug acid stains, flaking or peeling cannot be corrected with detailing. These conditions are best left to a body shop for repair.
Stains in Fabric: While most stains can be removed, some stains may be permanent due to the nature of the stain and length of time the stain has been present.
Bodily Fluids: We do not clean bodily fluids. Basically, if it came from the body... we don't touch it!
